We’re a proud family owned and operated local business with a team of over 100 people, crafting fresh breads, pies, and cakes every day (with no night shifts!)
During the work experience program or pre‑apprenticeship course you’ll learn bread, cake, and pastry production. If you want to take the next step, we offer paid full‑time and school-based apprenticeships — so you can earn while you learn. You will complete a Certificate III in Baking through a hybrid program with TAFE NSW, gaining hands-on experience and real qualifications.

Jarrod started at Earlyrise as an after-school casual, leading to an apprenticeship. Once qualified, Jarrod became the second-in-charge (2IC) and later progressed to a supervisor and multi-section supervisor. With ten years of experience, he is now a Production Manager, overseeing the production of thousands of cake and pastry products each day.
